Gas Safety Checks

Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)

All gas appliances in a landlord owned property, which is rented out to tenants, must be checked and serviced for gas safety every twelve months.

We carry out the full gas safety checks on all gas appliances and issue a "landlord's gas safety certificate" (CP12). A copy of this certificate must be presented to tenants in the property, presented to new tenants and copies stored for at least two years.
